Learn To Meditate

Curious about meditation but don’t know where to start? Or have you tried it before and felt like it wasn't working?

Learn how to get the hang of meditation and make it work for you.

What we'll be exploring

Does this sound familiar?

"I can’t quiet my mind."
"I’m too busy to meditate."
"I don’t know how to meditate properly."
"Meditation feels awkward or uncomfortable."
"I keep falling asleep when I meditate."
"I’m not good at it, so I just don’t bother."

My name is Epiphany Mason, and I'm a Meditation Therapist on the Central Coast. And look, I get it! We all know how beneficial meditation is, but actually doing it can be tricky! Over a fun two-hour gathering, you will learn how to make meditation accessible, enjoyable, and seamlessly integrate it into your life (without the hoopla).

It's not about meditating EVERY DAY. It's about incorporating meditation into your everyday life. It doesn’t have to look like a 20-minute silent morning meditation seven days a week, especially if that format causes you more stress because you want to do it perfectly. Then, if you miss one day, your whole practice falls apart. In this workshop, we'll figure out a practice that actually works for your life. One you're excited to do because it doesn’t add stress, it takes it away. A practice that isn’t carving away at your life but is a part of how you move through it.

What you'll learn:

  • The Basics: What is meditation, and why does it matter? (So many benefits!)

  • Debunk meditation myths - environment, postures, time.

  • Find YOUR meditation position.

  • Tips for creating a conducive environment, even in a busy world.

  • Master the art of mindful breathing - BREATHWORK!

  • Speed Date: experience various meditation styles to find the one that resonates with you – there’s no one-size-fits-all! Everything from progressive relaxation to evocative, mantra and concentrative.

  • Tips for Consistency: Overcome challenges to make meditation a habit without it feeling like another thing you have to tick off.

Living from Calm is Possible.

Join me for this Everyday Zen workshop to learn how to make meditation your anchor, bringing lasting calm and clarity to your life.

Hi, I'm Epiphany

Honestly, my needs used to baffle me.

I always pushed myself past my limits, and after working 17-hour days as a documentary director, I burnt out.

By implementing a care model focused on identifying and getting my needs met, everything shifted. I went from experiencing relentless anxiety, depression, fatigue, and chronic pain to regulating my nervous system.

Now, of course life ebbs and flows, but for the most part, I feel well, strong, and joyful. No more depression, no more anxiety, and no more chronic pain - my whole life has changed for the better.

In addition to being a Documentary Director, Guinness World Record holder, Australian Directors Guild award winner, Voice-Over Artist, and Co-Creator of the mental health app Onlyhuman, I have a diploma in Meditation Therapy blending elements of holistic counselling, life coaching, and meditation.

Using my unique Needs Framework, I've worked with thousands of people through workshops, courses, and one-on-one sessions. I'm excited to work with you too! Together, we'll identify your needs and get them met.
