Boy, do I get it! I got to the point where my inner voice was such a bully that I was terrified to go to sleep at night because I didn’t want to be alone with my thoughts before bed!

Hi, I'm Epiphany

I am a qualified Meditation Therapist. Meditation Therapy blends elements of holistic counselling, life coaching, and meditation. 

 

I knew I wanted to implement self-compassion in my own life when my inner critic became so loud that I avoided going to sleep as I didn’t want to be alone with my thoughts. 

 

My mind didn’t feel safe—it felt like I was living with a bully.

After learning about self-compassion and implementing it in my life, everything changed. Not only did my relationship with myself improve, but so did my relationships with everyone else. It was a real turning point for me, and it’s why I’m so passionate about teaching it to others now.

 

In addition to previously being a Documentary Director, Guinness World Record holder, Australian Directors Guild award winner, Voice-Over Artist, and Co-Creator of the mental health app Onlyhuman, I am an accredited Meditation Therapist - blending elements of holistic counselling, life coaching, and meditation.
